List of discontinued courses


We are sunsetting two course bundles. If you purchased any of the bundles or individual courses below, please refer to the following next steps and FAQs. You have until 1 July 2024 to complete course(s) or download certificates.

Next steps

Please select the category that fits your situation:


  • If you already completed your course, congrats! You are done. Please download your certificate and any other info you'd like to keep before 1 July 2024. We will have no way to access these materials after that date.
  • If you are still in progress, please finish your course before 1 July 2024 to receive your certificate of completion.
  • For learners who purchased in the last year, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to offer you a discount on another course as a token of appreciation for your support. Interested? Please submit a support ticket with your preferred course.
  • For learners who purchased before 1 July 2023, there will be no refunds. It is our policy that all ISSP course purchases are valid for minimum one year from the purchase date. You have had access to this course for over a year.
  • If you never started your course, please refer to the instructions above for those in progress.

FAQs

  • How do I check my course progress?

    To check your course progress, you will need to login to your ISSP member portal. 


    From your member portal you will navigate to the ISSPHub in the upper right hand corner. Once in the hub, you will click Login in the upper right hand corner and you will then see My Account in the top right corner. Select My Account and in the dropdown menu select “My Courses”. 


    Here you can click on each course and view your progress by looking for a checkmark next to the module titles. If you scroll down to the bottom, it will give you the course completion date if the course was completed.

  • How do I access my certificate for the course(s) I completed?

    To access your certificate(s), you will need to login to your ISSP member portal. From your member portal you will navigate to the ISSPHub in the upper right hand corner. 


    Once in the hub, you will click Login in the upper right hand corner and you will then see My Account in the top right corner. , Select My Account and in the dropdown menu select 'My Certificates'. Here you will find a list of all the certificates you've earned and have the ability to save and download the certificates.

  • I want to buy a new course. When will the new learning platform open up purchases again?

    Courses will not be available for purchase during the tech transition. We are excited to bring you a more engaging learning platform in July! 

  • If I qualify for a discount on a new course as replacement, how do I get info on that?

    We will launch our new learning platform by the end of July, and then we will reach out to those who qualify with of list of course options. Want to ensure you're notified? Please submit a support ticket

  • How should I reach out if I need help or have questions?

    If you have any questions about this learning platform transition, please feel free to put in a support ticket.
