As 2024 ends, I am grateful for this community of energetic, dedicated members. From New York to Tokyo, there are sustainability professionals making an impact in every corner of the world, in every industry.

Together, we’ve made 2024 a year to remember by…

• Establishing two member committees focused on programming and networking, crucial for shaping the direction on ISSP
• Increasing professional development with the popular Member Working Sessions and Monthly Member Networking on the first Thursday every month
• Introducing the Member Directory, a tool to help you grow your professional networks globally
• Opening three SEA Study Cohorts, preparing over 75 members for their Sustainability Excellence Associate (SEA) exams
• Refreshing our Learning Hub, adding new courses and improving its design
• Developing the Core Competencies Sustainability Course, a video resource that complements the SEA Study Guide

Looking ahead to 2025, we are committed to strengthening our community and access to sustainability resources. You can look forward to events across more time zones, an expanded resource hub, and corporate partnership options.

We are especially excited to add more opportunities for committees and volunteer involvement. After all, it’s your voice and expertise that makes ISSP special. Thank you for being part of ISSP. Let’s continue building a more sustainable future together in 2025 and beyond!
