Don't reinvent the wheel. Look here first for best practices related to sustainability. We use the power of our members to seek out and evaluate the best examples of polcies, tools, practices, etc. If you don't find what you want here, find or create a forum to create a new resource. Resources are divided into four main categories which each have their own template:
--Book reviews
--Co-created resources (similar to Wikipedia where people edit the same entry) a glossary and member guidelines
--Case studies
--Other resources (everything else, including sample sustainability plans, metrics, policies, training materials, life cycle assessments, etc.)
