Meet your Panelists

Karly Pulido is the inaugural Sustainability Officer at Miami-Dade County Public Schools, where she spearheads sustainability strategies for the 3rd largest school district in the United States. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability and the Built Environment from the University of Florida, along with a Master of Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Karly's path in sustainability has been nothing short of varied. Her career includes pivotal roles at Legacy Vacation Resorts, where she led them in achieving B-Corp certification, serving in the Peace Corps Uganda, and at Orange County Public Schools, where she managed the Sustainability Office. Karly’s comprehensive experience encompasses working with not-for-profits, implementing robust sustainability strategies, and fostering resiliency. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to improving community livelihoods and advocating for climate action across public and private sectors. 


Antonio Vizcaya is a consultant and academic focused on sustainability, experienced in guiding organizations across multiple sectors towards positive environmental and social impacts. Known for his practical and strategic insights, Antonio has been recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice in sustainability. His work helps companies integrate sustainable practices effectively.


Faith Taylor is the Global Sustainability and ESG Officer for Kyndryl, an IT infrastructure company with 240 data centers in +60 countries and 4,000 customers and 80,000 employees and $18 Billion in sales. She is responsible for building and overseeing the company’s programs that ladder up to their strategic priorities. In Kyndryl’s first 2 years, they announced a Net Zero to 2040 goal aligned with the Science Based Target Initiative and released their first Corporate Citizenship Report. They achieved silver certification from EcoVadis for their ESG performance, placing them in the top 25% of companies with the designation as well as Kyndryl, was named to Newsweek’s 2023 list of the Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces.  Before joining Kyndryl, Faith was the Environmental Social Governance (ESG) leader for Tesla, working with their board, senior leadership, and investors to develop ESG priorities for the brand.  During her tenure at Wyndham Worldwide, she built the company's Environmental Social Governance (ESG) program from the ground up. Under her leadership, Wyndham became the hospitality industry’s Dow Jones Sustainability World Leader, and was listed as one of the Most Ethical Companies in the World by Ethisphere and Newsweek’s Greenest Company. Faith co-led the World Travel and Tourism Council’s Sustainability group and published the industry’s first ESG reporting guideline and framework.  She is currently on the Board of Directors for CMC Energy Services, a private company founded in 1977, and one of the largest woman-run energy efficiency companies in the U.S.  She was President of the Women’s New Jersey Performing Art Center board where they have raised over $56 million dollars for arts education and community development in the last 25 years. She is a graduate of Stanford University and has an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
